今天按 Kenji 的方子做了烤土豆。稍微煮久了,以及用蒜和迷迭香做 infused oil 的时候油放少了。最后调高了烤箱温度,还是比较成功。不过单吃多了太单调,太干,或许应该用剩的希腊酸奶做个 Tzatziki 蘸着吃。
